The A+ Group Ltd. We are pleased to say the this process is now complete and reflected in our marketing activities, including this web site. A+ stands for the energy rating of the products and technologies we offer
and the service we provide.

 

Our Changing World

We love technology and we continually seek out new and improved ideas to complement our in-house research, development and intellectual property. Sustainability is a global objective and that is reflected in the
geographic’s of our supply partners from Europe, the USA, the Philippines, China, Korea and Australia. We work closely with our partners to ensure we provide class leading products and technologies.

 

The A+ Ethos

Whilst the bottom line is important to all businesses, A+ take a wider view with a policy of sustainability, transparency and collaboration with client and partners. We want to enjoy our work and be able to say we did
a great job, we minimised carbon and we helped others along the way.

 

Our motto of Advanced Sustainability is two-fold:

1. We design and procure ethically considering the embedded and operational carbon to match or indeed exceed client expectations, and

2. We go about our business ethically with care towards the environment from the office and site functions through to travel and the supply chain, minimising our carbon footprint wherever possible.

 

The A+ Group has signed up to the Planet Mark, supported by the Eden Project, so our own business carbon footprint and sustainability actions are benchmarked with targets for improvement. We also support a UK charity called JustaDrop that focuses on providing potable water and sanitation projects for African and Indian villages. Obviously, that matches the AWW skill set and we hope over the coming years to provide staff the opportunities to participate in some of the project installations.

The Team

At the heart of the A+ is a group of dedicated chemists, engineers, technicians and skilled operatives focused on customer service based on many years’ experience in the commercial world of
UK construction, water, waste and agricultural services.


The senior management team includes:

A+ companies are turnkey solutions that incorporate design, product/technology supply and install services. Many clients benefit from the group’s various static and reactive operation and
maintenance services with full technical support always available.

Head office in
Christchurch on the south coast is complimented by regional offices to provide a personal local service wherever possible.



SHEQ

The company operates an integrated management system that combines accreditation to the following:

1.  ISO9001 - Quality Management

2.  ISO14001 - Environmental Management and

3.  OHSAS18001 - Health & Safety Management

 

For each project duration typically of 4 weeks or more on site, we instruct the Building Safety Group to visit to conduct an independent audit with written reports issued to head office.
This ensures that all sites are checked for compliance with recommendations for improvements.
